Service Advisor

Location: Plano TX

Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 8 am - 6 pm

Pay: (Flat rate depends on experience)

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs
• Prepare and present estimates and invoices for customers
• Coordinate work between customers and the service/technician team
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates and completion
• Maintain accurate records in shop management software
• Ensure timely and efficient workflow for vehicles in the shop
• Handle customer questions, complaints, or concerns with professionalism
• Promote additional services or maintenance as appropriate, focusing on customer trust
